Regular orders can be returned the within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs or alterations of any kind.

Free U.S. shipping on all orders $100 and more. International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
We accept all major forms of payment.
Processing time varies and can take up to 6 weeks for custom orders, depending on bead availability. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the items have been shipped.
